Vantage Hearth wood burning fireplaces are also approved for use with the damper closed when vent-free logs are installed for maximum efficiency for warmth and savings. All Vantage Hearth wood burning fireplaces have a generous viewing area with a textured charcoal powder coat paint finish (stainless steel on outdoor models) and include a solid steel grate (stainless steel on outdoor models), full refractory firebrick-look liner (firebricks on Mosaic Masonry models), and black chain mesh fire-screen (stainless steel on outdoor models) for added safety assurance. Vantage Hearth's Wood Burning Fireplaces offer a beautiful, traditional fireplace setting at an attractive price. Vantage Hearth Laredo Indoor/Outdoor Wood Burning Fireplaces  are available in 36" and 42" widths so you can select what fits your home's needs best. America is moving outdoor, and Vantage Hearth's new Outdoor Wood Burning Fireplaces are the perfect complement to any modern outdoor room. Laredo models are available as a smooth face (non-circulating) face style and are faced in 300 series brushed stainless steel, offering weather resistance and making them perfect for outdoor applications; the stainless steel face offers a stylized, contemporary twist on traditional wood burning fireplaces for indoor or outdoor applications when left exposed. The smooth face style allows finishing products like brick, stone or tile flush with the opening for the look of a masonry fireplace at a much more economical price. Refractory stacked brick liners are standard on Laredo Line Wood Burning Fireplaces; herringbone liners are also available as an upgrade. Laredo models are also offered with red stacked or herringbone refractory liners as a special order item (2 week lead time). Laredo Indoor/Outdoor Wood Burning Fireplaces come with a solid stainless steel grate and stainless steel mesh spark screens for safe operation. Laredo Wood Burning Fireplaces are fully insulated to keep cold air out and warm air inside of your home. For easier installation, Vantage Hearth wood burning fireplaces have a full length framing flange and drywall stops. Laredo line models feature Vantage Hearth's "Gas Log Ready" design allowing vented gas logs to be installed with the gas line out of sight. For better viewing, Laredo models feature hidden screen pockets that allow screens to be tucked out of sight to maximize the beauty of the fireplace and viewing area. For outdoor installations, the fireplace enclosure must allow for adequate drainage and fresh air ventilation. It is recommended that a sealed, corrosion resistant catch pan with provision for drainage be installed under the fireplace within the fireplace enclosure; Corrosion Resistant Water Drainage Pans with 1" Decorative Stainless Face Extension (available as an accessory) ensure years of durability and enjoyment. Outside Air Kits (for indoor applications) are available. Laredo Series Wood Burning Fireplaces are approved for Indoor and Outdoor use and use 8" Double Wall Wood Burning Pipe made specifically for Vantage Hearth Wood Burning Fireplaces. Customize your Vantage Hearth Wood Burning Fireplace with a variety of optional doors, blowers, perimeter trims and outside air kits. Perimeter trim, glass, doors, louver trim and filigree are offered in three finishes: brushed brass, platinum and black. Louver Panel Kits & Louver Trim Kits are Special Order Items with a two week lead time. Bi-fold glass doors are easy to install and operate, offering a beautiful view of the fire while reducing heat loss. Bi-Fold Glass Doors are a Special Order Item with a two week lead time. An optional triple fan or variable speed deluxe blower can be added to  louvered/ circulating models to increase air flow and maximize heat distribution. Model specific accessories are also available to further enhance the beauty and functionality of your hearth.
