For centuries, a traditional masonry fireplace has been the focal point of the home, and over their years, creative new designs have enhanced both form and function of the hearth. Fireplace manufacturers instinctively compare their fireplaces to traditional, masonry wood burner, but only Vantage Hearth's patented Mosaic Masonry Line can really call itself "masonry," because it is the only wood burning fireplace that features real firebrick finished interiors- with no visible sheet metal for the authentic richness and beauty of a custom, site-built masonry fireplace. Mosaic Masonry Line fireplaces are finished with a charcoal powder coat paint finish and come standard with a smooth face for a full brick to face design; the smooth face style allows finishing products like brick, stone or tile flush with the opening for the look of a true masonry fireplace at a much more economical price. The Mosaic Masonry all new pre-engineered firebrick wall system features steel reinforced, factory built and hand-grouted masonry walls that easily slip into place and securely fasten to the steel fireplace chassis and is available in red or ivory stacked or herringbone pattern (Monticello models feature red or ivory split herringbone pattern) firebrick.
